We started breeding Velveteen Lop a 6 years ago. We are very proud of our stock.
We started out with a co-breeding with Sarrah Gibbons. We continued the co-breeding for a couple years.
The Gibbons' Family moved to Kansas and we kept seperate herds.
Occasionally getting bunnies from each other and borrowing breeding stock.
We moved to Kansas ourselves in the Spring of 2010 and added some very nice rabbits from Laura Bonnet of CO.

The Velveteen Lops passed presentation in 2008 in Kentucky, but failed in San Diego, CA in 2009 and again in 2010 in Minneapolis, MN

Megan Matthys of Indiana has applied for a COD and we are waiting to hear if the ARBA accepts it.

We are not giving up on this wonderful breed!!!
